Hot Fuzz

Fabulous. The team behind the brilliant Shaun of the Dead have only gone and made a cop movie.

I see my career flashing before my eyes - quite literally. I like to think I'd be more like Simon Pegg's character (the blonde one), however I worry I'll end up more like Nick Frosts' (the dark-haired one).

It looks great. I've been trying to find when it's coming out but IMDB isn't talking to me at the moment.

Cool! I enjoyed Shaun of the Dead, although my wife didn't like it so much as she thought it would be more comedic and it was a bit too serious for her :)

Sorry, I really need to do some catching up on your (and other) blogs, but thought I'd at least stick me head in the door ;)

Very funny. It's been a while since i heard the word 'fuzz'.

It's the helmet isn't it?

Unfortunately, as I've got older I experience the word 'fuzz' more and more in places I wasn't expecting.

*sigh*

The helmet is fuzzy? So much I could do with that, but I'm planning to behave now. I know, I've spoilt all your fun now.

Aha! 16 February says IMDB.com http://imdb.com/title/tt0425112/releaseinfo

And, just to name drop... I was an extra in series 2 of 'Spaced' and one of my claims to fame is having been bought a pint by Simon! :)

I kid you not! :)

Ooh! Tell us more, Ing! :)

I bought Spaced on DVD for my wife's birthday at the start of this year, but she/we haven't actually got around to watching them all yet :) But it means I can pay close attention... ;)

If you watch Series 2, episode 6 (the one mostly set in the restaurant) - I'm in it! They even namecheck me on the commentary! I can be seen dining with a random female behind Mike and Brian in a back shirt. Basically spent two quite interesting days in north London watching umpteen takes and occasionally being directed to do something restaurant-y when in shot. But at the end of the second day Simon & Jess came to the pub afterwards and had a few pints with us - much respect to them! :)
