One man and his backpack

My first experiment with Windows Movie Maker, and doing something different for a change with all my travel photos.

Cool, huh?

That is some great work, Ing :)

Good timings & transitions without going overboard and without being too dull :)

Makes me want to go play with things myself :)
But... I probably won't ;)

I listened/watched it three times to get the full hit. Great track and great work i agree.

(Runs off to see if she has movie maker on her computer)

Yes, Windows Movie Maker comes for free with Windows XP :)

For what it is, I think it does a pretty good job :)

Wow, that came out really well and the soundtrack worked with it a right treat. Are you pleased with it? Was it difficult to work it out?

The reason I ask is I've got to put together a presentation for next Monday and I'm allergic to PP. Apparently, it's really easy to do stuff with...but I've got a sneaking suspicion that's just a vicious rumour.

Thanks for the nice comments guys, I'm really glad you liked it! Not bad for a mere experiment on my part!

Thing about my travel obsession though; is that I never mean to show off or anything, I rather wish to share what I've seen, and urge others to do the same, so I'm glad I don't come across that way.

Rose - I am glad to report that it is real easy to use. Pictures/movies are basically drag & drop then you can edit each 'frame' or 'title' within with allsorts of effects. Either do what I did, with trial & error, or have a good look through the help files. But basically, I put that together in an evening with some tinkering, deciding what pictures/music etc to use.

My favourite sign in Turkey was a sandwich board hoping to lure tourists in to enjoy:-

Tesco bacon
Asda sausage

Needless to say, we passed.
